Healthy Blueberry & Banana pancakes

Happy saturday folks! I started my weekend with some delicious pancakes, which are actually deceptively healthy and so simple to make. So good I thought I'd share them! All you need is 2 eggs, 1 banana an a handful of blueberries per person, topped with honey & more blueberries or what ever else you fancy : ) Yay to weekends!

Happy 2015 All! Hope you had a wonderful holiday and are feeling full, rested and ready for the new year! I have lots of goals for this year and getting my Etsy shop properly up and running is one of them. This week I thought I'd created a little something for Valentine's. I love this song by Modern English. I think it translates onto a card as just the right amount of cheesy, romantic and silly.
